Before I became a wedding and portrait photographer in Nantwich, Cheshire, I lived and worked in West Yorkshire for a time. In fact, it is where my daughter was born. Paul & Sara were looking for a wedding photographer to capture their day when I was recommended to them by a colleague at the company I used to work for. My style of photography was just what they were looking for and when they booked me to document their day, the engagement shoot was a great excuse to revisit West Yorkshire and to take a look at the wedding venue.
Once we'd met and I'd taken a look around the venues, we went on to The National Trust's Hardcastle Crags in beautiful Hebden Bridge, a place where Paul and Sara often go walking. Whilst chatting, we took a walk down into the beautiful valley through the woods which led us to Gibson Mill. It was good to get to know Paul and Sara a little more before their big day in June. Such a kind and sweet couple, so obviously deeply in love, I'm so looking forward to capturing their wedding day!
